The Opportunity

Our client is a growing international business looking for a lawyer to take charge of legal support for its Belgian operation.

You’ll be a hands-on generalist who takes ownership, sets your own priorities and gets stuck in.

What You’ll Do

• Be the go-to legal adviser to local senior management
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts
• Advise on IP matters
• Provide day-to-day, pragmatic legal support
• Support on general corporate matters
• Manage external counsel
• Spot risks and offer practical solutions
• Help shape sensible legal processes

What You’ll Bring

• Qualified lawyer
• Strong commercial contracts experience
• In-house experience, ideally as a sole counsel
• Broad generalist background, including IP
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders
• A pragmatic, proactive, autonomous approach
