Position Overview RecruitGo is seeking an experienced Sr. Country Coordinator (HR Specialist) to oversee and support all country-level HR operations in Jakarta, Indonesia. Reporting directly to the COO, this hybrid role is responsible for ensuring compliance with local labor laws, managing end-to-end payroll, maintaining legal and employment documentation, supporting recruitment and onboarding, administering employee benefits, and driving HR initiatives that foster a positive and compliant workplace. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented HR professional with strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations, excellent communication skills in English, and a commitment to operational excellence and employee success. Responsibilities Manage legal documents, permits, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations. Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, including statutory deductions and payroll accuracy. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Support talent acquisition, recruitment, onboarding, and employee training initiatives. Administer compensation and benefits programs. Handle employee relations, HR inquiries, leave administration, and performance management. Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support business decisions. Develop and implement HR policies and contribute to a productive workplace culture. Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, to address HR-related matters. Qualifications Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Specialist. Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment and labor laws. Experience managing payroll and HR operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS is an advantage. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
