About The Role We're looking for a commercially minded Senior Customer Marketing Manager to lead our customer marketing agenda across New Zealand. Based in Auckland , this is a high-impact 12 month fixed term contract that sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing and Commercial, helping shape customer strategy while delivering standout activations that drive growth. You'll enjoy combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution ; leading planning, influencing key stakeholders, working closely with customers and Sales teams, and ensuring marketing plans are successfully brought to life across the New Zealand market with the support of a Customer Marketing Manager. What You'll Be Doing Leading the customer marketing strategy and activation agenda for New Zealand Developing annual plans that align brand priorities with commercial objectives Partnering with Sales on customer growth initiatives and Joint Business Planning Translating shopper, customer and category insights into actionable campaigns Delivering impactful trade, shopper and customer marketing activations Building strong relationships with customers, agency partners and internal stakeholders Managing budgets, measuring performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement Leading and developing one direct report while also remaining hands-on with campaign execution What We're Looking For Experience in customer marketing, shopper marketing, trade marketing or a similar commercial marketing role within wine, alcohol, beverage or FMCG Knowledge of the New Zealand retail or route-to-market landscape Experience working with grocery, liquor or retail customers Exposure to Joint Business Planning processes A track record of developing and delivering successful customer-facing campaigns Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills Commercial acumen and the ability to translate insights into action Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities A collaborative, proactive approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed Why Join Us?
