Position Overview
We are seeking a senior-level Data & AI Readiness Consultant to lead stakeholder engagement, data discovery, governance assessment, and AI readiness evaluation efforts across the enterprise. This role is not focused on hands-on engineering or development but instead on assessing organizational readiness for AI adoption through business, technology, security, legal, compliance, and data governance collaboration.
The ideal candidate is an experienced consultant who can engage executives, facilitate workshops, document complex environments, identify risks and gaps, and translate findings into strategic recommendations and actionable roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder interviews with business leaders, application owners, data owners, security teams, legal teams, compliance teams, and technology stakeholders.
- Inventory enterprise systems, applications, data repositories, integrations, and platforms.

- Develop current-state and future-state assessments.

- Create executive-level presentations, reports, recommendations, and decision-support materials.
- Partner with business, technology, cyber, legal, and compliance teams.
- Develop prioritized roadmaps supporting enterprise AI initiatives.
