About the Opportunity:
The SENIOR DATA ANALYST supports an advanced counterintelligence analytics program for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). This role involves conducting multi-domain risk analysis across supply-chain, corporate, cyber, financial, and network data, transforming technical findings into clear analytical products for government decision-makers. The position is central to producing outputs related to supply-chain risk management, behavioral anomaly detection, and cyber alert triage, thereby aiding FAA leadership in informed decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Conduct multi-domain risk analysis using government, commercial, and open-source data.
Develop investigative packages, visualization dashboards, timelines, and written risk assessments.
Analyze suppliers, corporate entities, ownership structures, and network relationships.
Review and assess model-generated risk rankings, behavioral anomalies, and cyber alerts.
Validate automated model findings within operational contexts.
Research corporate and supply-chain factors including foreign ownership, sanctions exposure, and cyber posture.
Perform link and network analysis among suppliers and related entities.
Support development of ranked supplier watchlists and risk assessments.
Conduct targeted deep-dive analyses based on model outputs and priorities.
Produce written behavioral anomaly reports and cyber investigative packages.
Identify patterns and investigative leads from timelines and anomaly data.
Create clear visualizations of complex relationships.
Maintain source traceability and document assumptions and limitations.
Collaborate with data scientists and technical leadership to refine models and workflows.
Incorporate feedback from analysts and investigators into products and improvements.
Support recurring analytic reports and ad hoc assessments.
Requirements:
Minimum five years of professional experience in intelligence, investigative, data, supply-chain risk, or counterintelligence analysis.
Proven ability to conduct complex multi-source research.
Experience producing investigative packages, risk assessments, and intelligence reports.
Skilled in link, network, or relationship analysis.
Experience analyzing companies, ownership, suppliers, and financial or network relationships.
Ability to identify patterns, anomalies, and information gaps in large datasets.
Strong analytical writing and briefing capabilities.
Competency in evaluating quantitative/model results in operational contexts.
Clear articulation of confidence levels, limitations, and assumptions.
Attention to source quality and analytic traceability.
Effective collaboration with data scientists, engineers, investigators, and government stakeholders.
Ability to translate technical findings into concise analytical products.
Capacity to manage multiple analytical tasks and priorities.
Eligibility to obtain and maintain required government security clearances and system access.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
Work Location: This fully remote role requires candidates to reside in Florida. Occasional travel or visits to customer locations may be necessary.
