Senior Data Analyst
Rate: Up to 115 PLN/h (net)
Location: Warsaw (Hybrid, 60% in the office)
Form of cooperation: B2B contract directly with Optiveum
About the Project:
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst for our client, a prominent organization in the financial services sector. The core objective of this role is to perform an MVP2 Analysis for an Individual Rights Workflow Tool (IR WT) implemented on the Pega platform. You will be exploring how Data Collection can be optimized, transitioning away from existing robotics and manual processes to more advanced sourcing methods.
Your analysis will help the business capitalize on Pega's capabilities to address existing challenges such as increasing data scope, robotics maintenance, manual workload, and governance.
Your Responsibilities:
Data Structure Analysis: Defining what data points are in scope and documenting how they are structured.
Current State Evaluation: Identifying where and how data is currently sourced and extracted, including country-specific differences and applied business rules.
Data Ownership: Identifying the true owners of the data across the organization.
Future Sourcing Options: Evaluating alternative data retrieval methods (e.g., existing/new APIs, data lakes/marts, or robotic extensions), mapping out dependencies, and providing input for high-level cost estimates.
Deliverables: Creating comprehensive documentation for each data set regarding its structure, current state, ownership, and future sourcing options.
Must-Have Requirements:
Proven experience in Data Collection analysis, as well as analyzing data structures and data flows.
Solid understanding of Data Governance, Data Ownership, and Data Lineage concepts.
Familiarity with API integrations.
Strong ability to identify and document business rules, dependencies, and current-state processes.
Highly structured and detail-oriented approach to working with both structured and unstructured data.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate input from multiple teams.
Advanced English proficiency (fluent/C1+).
Nice-to-Have Requirements:
Previous background in banking, financial services, or similar regulated industries.
Cooperation with Optiveum: Optiveum is your direct recruitment partner and the contracting party for this role. We sign the cooperation agreement directly with you, ensuring a smooth and transparent recruitment process, as well as dedicated support throughout the entire duration of your project.
