Senior Data Analyst (4 day workweek & remote)

Our aim is to help and inspire small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to have successful communications by changing the way they develop and implement their marketing strategy.

Role:

• Employ data analysis techniques to scrutinize quality indicators, service levels, and the cost structures associated with our various SKUs, leveraging tools such as SQL, Excel, and Power Query to extract valuable insights.
• Perform pricing analyses, contributing valuable data-driven insights to inform strategic pricing decisions.
• Develop calculations to support the implementation of new partners/markets.
• Analyze and validate supplier invoices, reinforcing the operational efficiency and financial integrity of the organization through rigorous data-driven approval processes.
• Manage and train the team to improve efficiency and accuracy in cost control operations.

Hard Skills

• Proficiency in SQL, Power Query, Python, and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data patterns and support data-driven decision-making.
• Solid data analysis and reporting skills.

About You

• Degree in Information Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage and resolve challenges.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and departments.
• Proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset.
