Demonstrated capacity to manage collaborative relationships and assert influence without authority, particularly when working with product managers, design, marketing, and engineering teams. Ability to break large projects into smaller pieces to meet deadlines and convert ideas into testable hypotheses and/or next steps Ability to succeed in a fast-paced and often ambiguous work environment Strong sense of intellectual curiosity about our users and products, balanced with humility, drive, and teamwork Ability to thrive in a remote and sometimes ambiguous environment.
