Requirements Role: Senior GCP Data Engineer – Conversational AI & GenAI Experience :8+ Years Overall | 3+ Years in GCP Data Engineering Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Senior GCP Data Engineer to design and deliver scalable data, AI, and Conversational AI solutions on Google Cloud. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in real-time streaming, Gemini Enterprise, CCAI, and modern data platforms. Key Responsibilities Build and optimize real-time data pipelines using Pub/Sub, Dataflow, and Cloud Functions. Design and manage data platforms leveraging BigQuery, BigTable, and Firestore. Integrate Gemini Enterprise Agents using RAG and enterprise knowledge bases. Deploy and support Google CCAI/CCAIP and Dialogflow CX solutions. Develop infrastructure using Terraform and implement secure GCP IAM controls. Design scalable architectures, mentor team members, and engage with stakeholders. Implement PII masking/redaction workflows to ensure compliance and data privacy. Required Skills Active Google Professional Data Engineer Certification (Mandatory). 3+ years of hands-on experience with BigQuery, BigTable, Firestore, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, and Cloud Functions. Experience with Gemini Enterprise, LLM orchestration, and RAG. Experience implementing CCAI/CCAIP and Dialogflow CX solutions. Strong expertise in Terraform and GCP IAM. Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go. Nice to Have Experience with Apigee, REST APIs, Webhooks, SIP/SIPREC. Knowledge of telecom or contact center platforms.
