Senior Data Engineer

Position Overview:

We are the Microsoft Data Platform Competence Center, leading experts in Microsoft data technologies.

Azure Data Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Synapse Analytics, SQL Server, Power BI, Azure DevOps, and similar buzzwords are our everyday fun!

Every day, we move our clients towards being more data-driven. Therefore, we need to perfectly target the customer's data problem, propose a solution, and then implement it. We are looking for someone who isn't afraid to communicate, smile, delve into data, spend time learning new technologies, and then turn them into smart solutions.

What we mean by working with data:

• Developing and tuning data transfers and transformations

• Developing and managing databases

• Analyzing and developing data models

• Analyzing and creating business reports and dashboards

• Developing and managing automated tests

• Developing and managing pipelines for automatic deployment

• Plus, some additional scripting of whatever is needed

Requirements:

Our scope is very broad, but don't let that deter you at all! Everyone here can excel in what they are great at and learn what they want to master.

For this particular case, it is a senior position, and it will definitely be to your advantage if:

• You have knowledge and experience with Microsoft Data Platform technologies, especially with the cloud technologies

• You care not only about yourself (the team is paramount)

• You can fluently communicate in English (like an IT professional

• You demonstrate enthusiasm and a desire to constantly learn and grow
