Senior Data Engineer with GCP and PowerBI (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our team and work on innovative data engineering projects. You will play a key role in building and maintaining data pipelines, implementing data orchestration workflows, and creating curated data products for analytics and business reporting. This position offers flexibility with remote, hybrid, or office work options across various cities in Poland. Your tasks

• Building and maintaining data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow and accessibility
• Implementing and managing data orchestration workflows using Apache Airflow
• Creating and maintaining curated data products and semantic data layers that support reporting and analytics
• Supporting reporting and analytics initiatives, including Power BI and other BI tools
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Ensuring data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes
• Documenting processes and workflows to maintain clarity and consistency in data operations
• Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in data engineering and cloud technologies
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data engineering and working with cloud-based data platforms
• Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly BigQuery
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis
• Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow for data orchestration
• Familiarity with Power BI and best practices in data visualization
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and ETL/ELT concepts
• Experience with version control practices using Git/GitHub
• Advanced level of English

• Familiarity with dbt or similar analytics engineering tools
