We now have an opportunity for a Senior Data Product Manager to join our Logistics Technology team to jointly own and execute our transformative data strategy, bridge the gap between engineering and business leads, and ensure our data platform creates measurable value across our logistics network.

You will be:

• Defining and delivering an outcome-driven strategy for our enterprise data platform as a Senior Data Product Manager, turning strategic logistics goals into high-value product roadmaps.
• Acting as the central bridge between data engineering, analytics, and senior business executives to align technical data capabilities with commercial priorities.
• Championing data as a first-class product by embedding robust data quality frameworks, lineage, contracts, and accessible data catalogues across our network.
• Navigating complex brownfield architectures to balance long-term system scalability and operational reliability against immediate business demands.
• Harnessing modern data warehouse capabilities, such as BigQuery, and tracking emerging industry trends to keep our fulfilment and technology ecosystem operating at the cutting edge.

About you:

• Proven track record as a Senior Data Product Manager or Data Product Manager managing brownfield enterprise data platforms and guiding complex data pipelines from concept to delivery.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence, negotiate, and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical business leaders.
• Hands-on technical grounding in cloud data platforms (e.g., BigQuery, SQL) alongside a strong vision for foundational architecture, governance, data contracts, and data quality.
• Commercial acumen and an outcome-focused mindset, prioritizing tangible business value over simply delivering features.
• Strategic thinker comfortable dealing with ambiguity, balancing competing demands, and driving organizational change across cross-functional engineering and operational teams.
