TechWiser is growing, and we’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Delegate Sales professional to join our international events business.
Please note: we are only considering candidates with proven delegate sales experience from a similar B2B events, conferences, summits or business events company.
This is a hands-on sales role for someone who knows how to build a strong delegate pipeline, engage senior decision-makers and consistently exceed registration targets.
We’re looking for a top-performing individual contributor who understands the full delegate sales cycle and can deliver results independently from day one.
What you’ll be doing:
• Own and manage your delegate sales pipeline from prospecting through to conversion
• Consistently achieve and exceed delegate registration and sales targets
• Conduct high-volume, high-quality outreach to senior decision-makers
• Build relationships with IT, Cybersecurity, AI and technology leaders
• Qualify prospects and convert them into confirmed event delegates
• Manage follow-ups, objections and closing conversations professionally and effectively
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting
• Use performance data to improve activity, conversion rates and results
• Work closely with marketing and the wider events team to support successful international events
• Contribute ideas and best practices to improve delegate acquisition across our event portfolio
We’re looking for someone who:
✅ Has proven delegate sales experience within a similar B2B events, conferences, summits or business events company
✅ Has a strong track record of achieving and exceeding delegate registration targets
✅ Understands the full delegate sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to qualification and conversion
✅ Has experience engaging senior and C-level decision-makers
✅ Is confident with cold outreach, follow-up, objection handling and closing
✅ Is highly competitive, target-driven and motivated by measurable results
✅ Can manage a busy sales pipeline independently
✅ Has strong CRM discipline and understands sales KPIs
✅ Is organised, commercially minded and highly self-motivated
✅ Thrives in a fast-paced, fully remote, international environment
