Role Description The Senior Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of complex AI orchestration projects for insurance clients, ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes aligned with regulatory and operational requirements. This full-time hybrid role is based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for part-time work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project plans and milestones, coordinating cross-functional teams (product, engineering, data, and client stakeholders), and proactively resolving delivery risks and dependencies. The role involves leading client implementation and onboarding, setting clear expectations, managing communications, and ensuring that solutions integrate effectively with existing insurance systems and workflows. The Senior Delivery Manager will also contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methodologies, support pre-sales scoping, and help shape best practices for deploying agentic AI in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in expediting and expeditor responsibilities, ensuring timely progress of deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, stakeholder management, and reporting in complex enterprise environments.
• Inspection and quality assurance capabilities to validate deliverables against technical, regulatory, and client requirements.
• Logistics management experience, particularly in coordinating teams, resources, and dependencies across distributed locations.
• Proven track record in delivering technology or AI projects within financial services or insurance, ideally in regulated settings.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, managing multiple priorities with structured execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with agile delivery methodologies and familiarity with enterprise integration projects is highly beneficial.
