Senior Delivery Manager – eMobility, Renewables & Energy Solutions We’re seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex IT projects supporting digital transformation across the energy sector - including eMobility, renewable energy, and utility operations. This role requires extensive experience managing large-scale custom software development projects within software house environments, delivering mission-critical solutions for enterprise clients operating in regulated and operationally demanding industries. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of delivering projects under both Fixed Price and Time & Material engagement models, ensuring predictable delivery, financial control, and alignment with business and regulatory requirements. You will coordinate multidisciplinary delivery teams building scalable digital platforms that support the energy transition, electrification, and distributed energy ecosystems. Role in Project Delivery The Senior Delivery Manager acts as the primary delivery authority, setting delivery standards and ensuring stability across complex technology environments. In this role, they are accountable for hands-on execution, delivery governance, risk mitigation, and meeting contractual and client commitments.
