We invite an experienced Delivery Manager to join Dev.Pro and ensure operational excellence across a large-scale client account. In this role, you'll oversee delivery for a dedicated account segment spanning 10+ teams and more than 100 specialists. You'll drive stable, high-quality delivery, keep operations running smoothly, lead multiple Project Managers and technical leaders, and build trusted relationships with client stakeholders. 🟩 What's in it for you: Own day-to-day execution for a major global IT outsourcing account segment Lead a large-scale delivery organization and help shape operational strategy and key business decisions Advance your leadership skills through Dev.Pro University and specialized training ✅ Is that you? 5+ years of experience in Program or Delivery Management within the software development outsourcing industry Experience in an IT outsourcing or managed services environment, focusing on execution and operational support Experience managing large, multi-team engineering organizations with 100+ specialists, including leading Team Leads, managers, and high-performing teams Advanced understanding of SDLC and delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) Practical experience managing delivery financials, including budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and P&L Strong client communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, establish strong client relationships, and be seen by clients as a key leader Strong leadership, people-management, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities Upper-Intermediate+ English level Willingness and ability to travel internationally 3-4 times per year Desirable: Experience working with offshore or nearshore delivery teams Experience identifying opportunities to grow existing client accounts 🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution In this role, you'll ensure high-quality delivery across multiple engineering teams while building strong client relationships, supporting managers, and maintaining operational excellence within a large outsourcing account.
