About the role: We are looking for an experienced Delphi Software Developer with C# to strengthen our team in Kyiv office and join our mission to develop 3Shape’s Management System for CAD and build the integration with 3Shape cloud ecosystem. You will ease the daily work of dental technicians and dentists helping them in providing better patients treatments. Our product serves millions of users within the Labs and Clinics all over the World. Areas of responsibility: Support existing Management System for labs Design and build integration of desktop applications and services with the 3Shape cloud ecosystem Design and build services, algorithms, and implement workflows for dentistry Ensure high code quality (through reviews, refactoring, processes, code metrics, etc.) Ensure high maintainability of the code (through designing and following software development best practices) Cooperate with developers and stakeholders from different teams across various countries Learn modern technologies and take care of self-development To succeed in your role, you should possess the following skills and competencies: 4+ years of experience as a software developer with Delphi Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or similar field Solid experience with design patterns and OOP principles (SOLID, DI, etc.) You work with strong commitment and take ownership of your work Strong problem-solving mindset Team-minded personality with skills in Agile working style Strong collaboration and communication skills English B2 and higher Continuously strives for improvement Would be a plus: Commercial experience with C#/.Net, WPF Understanding of SDLC Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with the existing code base Agile practices, including test-driven development, continuous integration and Scrum Being the part of us means: Meaningful work that helps to change the future of dentistry Work in a unique professional, friendly and supportive environment Constant professional growth and development A healthy work-life balance Comprehensive benefits incl. 24 working days of annual vacation; medical insurance; paid sick leaves and child sick leaves; maternity and paternity leaves etc Breakfasts and lunches in the office Good working conditions in a comfortable office in UNIT.City A parking lot with free spaces for employees Occasional business trips to Western Europe Opportunity to become a part of the success that 3Shape has created over the past 25 years.
