- Work closely with product managers, designers, accessibility specialists, quality engineers, platform teams, application developers, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Ensure final deliverables align with approved designs, acceptance criteria, and quality standards.
- Mentor junior and mid-level team members and support knowledge sharing across the team.
- Remain current with emerging technologies, industry best practices, and relevant development trends.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in software development, including modern web applications, reusable components, or shared UI libraries.
- Complete knowledge and understanding of business area, digital delivery objectives, user experience needs, and platform specialization.
- Advanced front-end development skills using semantic HTML, CSS/Sass, JavaScript, and modern component models such as React, Angular, Vue, or Web Components.

- Advanced knowledge of the software development lifecycle, agile delivery practices, version control systems, code reviews, package management, semantic versioning, and CI/CD workflows, with experience contributing to sprint-based delivery in a cross-functional agile team.
- Experience building automated tests and validating accessibility, usability, reliability, and quality for delivered code.
- Working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, Section 508, ARIA, keyboard interaction, and accessible component development.
