🚀 We're Hiring: Senior DevOps Engineer (Data Science & AI/ML Platform)

Join a global financial market data leader as we build a centralized, secure, cloud-native AI/ML & Data Science platform on AWS!

📍 Location: Bucharest, Romania

🏠 Work Model: Remote-first (Bucharest-based) with occasional on-site workshops

💼 Domain: Financial Market Data / High-Frequency Real-Time Systems

Key Responsibilities

• Cloud Infrastructure: Design and scale secure, highly available AWS environments using Infrastructure as Code.
• CI/CD & Automation: Build automated pipelines with GitLab CI/CD and automate tasks using Python & Terraform.
• Containers & Orchestration: Deploy and manage containerized apps on Kubernetes (Amazon EKS).
• Security & Observability: Implement monitoring, logging, security controls, and disaster recovery strategies across cloud environments.

What We’re Looking For

• Location: Based in Bucharest (for occasional client workshops).
• Experience: 8+ years in DevOps engineering within complex enterprise environments.
• AWS Core & AI/ML: Hands-on experience with AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock, EC2, VPC, EKS, RDS).
• Python Mastery: 5+ years in Python automation scripting and infrastructure tooling.
• Containers: Strong Docker and Kubernetes/EKS expertise (Helm, ingress, autoscaling).
• IaC & CI/CD: 3+ years in Terraform (reusable modules, state management) and GitLab CI/CD (or GitHub Actions/Jenkins).
• Nice to have: Experience with AI developer tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
