Key Responsibilities

• Cloud Architecture: Design, scale, and maintain secure, resilient infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Infrastructure as Code: Drive IaC best practices, leveraging Terraform extensively for provisioning and configuration.
• CI/CD & Automation: Lead the optimization of robust pipelines using GitHub Workflows.
• Containers & Orchestration: Manage containerized environments with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm Charts.
• Banking-Grade Security: Enforce strict enterprise security standards (GCP Secret Manager, Cloud IAM) and set up proactive monitoring using GCP Operations, Prometheus, or Grafana.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience in enterprise environments.
• Mandatory Stack: Expert proficiency in GCP and Terraform (both mandatory).
• CI/CD & Containers: Deep expertise in GitHub Workflows, Docker, and Kubernetes (with Service Mesh/Istio exposure).
• Scripting: Solid scripting skills in Python, Go, Bash, or Java.
• Security & Observability: Strong background in managing secrets, access controls, and observability tools.
• Nice to have: GCP Certifications, Banking/Fintech domain experience, or Ansible/Chef skills.
