Senior DevOps Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, driving automation initiatives, and supporting the continuous improvement of development and deployment practices across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to support efficient software delivery. Ensure adherence to Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery best practices and governance standards. Develop and maintain automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort. Manage and optimize DevOps platforms and toolchains. Collaborate closely with Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams to streamline software delivery processes. Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve deployment pipelines and platform reliability. Promote DevOps culture, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives. Identify opportunities to enhance scalability, security, and operational efficiency through automation. Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or related roles. Demonstrated experience implementing automation solutions and CI/CD best practices in enterprise environments. Proven experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of Git Flow branching strategies and source code management practices. Hands-on experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines. Solid experience with Azure DevOps. Strong experience with Jenkins. Extensive experience in automation, particularly using Python. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps methodologies. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have Experience with cloud environments. Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies. Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
