We are looking for a Senior Digital Acquisition Executive to join our growing Digital Acquisition Team This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded digital acquisition specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving performance through data-led paid media activity.

Working within our in-house team model, you'll support a wide range of business units across the Evri Group, helping to deliver customer acquisition, lead generation and growth through integrated campaigns across PPC, Paid Social, Display and Affiliate channels. With multiple brands and projects to support, you'll gain exposure to a broad mix of campaigns, budgets and audiences, offering plenty of opportunity to develop your skills and grow your career.

What you'll do

You'll work closely with the Senior Digital Acquisition Executive to plan, launch, optimise and report on campaigns that deliver measurable commercial outcomes across the business.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of best-in-class PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic Display and Affiliate campaigns

• Lead campaign setup, implementation and optimisation across multiple channels and platforms

• Build, test and refine audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative approaches and landing page performance

• Use customer insights, attribution data and performance analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation

• Monitor campaign performance against KPIs, making recommendations to improve efficiency and return on investment

• Support the management and pacing of paid media budgets across multiple accounts and business units

• Collaborate with Marketing, UX, Design and Analytics teams to deliver integrated campaigns and customer journeys

• Produce regular performance reporting and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders

• Work closely with affiliate partners, agencies and media platforms to maximise channel performance

• Support the development of reporting, measurement and attribution frameworks

• Contribute to team planning, strategy discussions and knowledge sharing across the wider business

• Keep up to date with industry trends, platform developments and emerging opportunities within paid media.

What we're looking for

• 2-3 years' experience in a Digital Acquisition, Performance Marketing or Paid Media role

• Hands-on experience across Paid Search, Paid Social and Display channels

• Experience delivering customer acquisition, lead generation or eCommerce performance campaigns

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insight into action

• Experience managing budgets and optimising campaign performance against commercial targets

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Advanced Excel and reporting skills

• A collaborative, proactive and curious mindset with a desire to continuously learn and improve

• Experience within a retail, consumer or lead generation environment would be advantageous

• Knowledge of SA360, DV360, Campaign Manager or wider Google Marketing Platform tools would be beneficial

• Affiliate marketing experience is advantageous but not essential.
