About the Role We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to support content, paid campaigns, website updates, and creative execution across Kolomolo and StackRails. You will work closely with the technical leadership, engineers, data scientists, and sales teams to ensure our marketing activities reflect Kolomolo’s engineering capabilities and evolving service portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving and evolving environment, can turn complex technical information into clear business-focused messaging, and is comfortable taking ownership of different areas of digital marketing. What You’ll Be Doing Create and edit B2B content in English. Turn conversations with engineers, data scientists, Tech Leads, consultants, and leadership into clear, business-focused messaging. Create messaging and content for technical audiences, including CTOs, CIOs, Engineering Managers, and Cloud Architects. Develop blog articles, case studies, whitepapers, social media content, newsletters, presentations, video content, and webinars. Run, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Manage and update WordPress website content. Support lead-generation campaigns, social media activities, content marketing, partnerships, and online and in-person events. Support video content and basic visual assets. Create professional presentations, social media visuals, and simple graphic materials using PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools. Repurpose content across social media, newsletters, websites, and campaign formats. Collaborate with internal Tech Leads and consultants to source technical insights for content and PR. Support Kolomolo’s positioning in cloud infrastructure, AWS architecture, SRE, and DevOps services. Manage and optimize Kolomolo’s website, social media presence, and CRM tools. Track marketing KPIs, including inbound leads, content engagement, social media performance, website performance, and conversion rates. Report on content, campaign, and website performance to the Head of Marketing. Stay current with cloud market trends, competitive offerings, and partner programs, including AWS and the Kubernetes ecosystem. What We Are Looking For 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in IT or technology. Strong English writing and editing skills. Experience with content creation, paid media, website management, and visual content creation. The ability to translate complex technical services and expert input into clear and compelling business-focused messaging. Experience running and optimizing paid campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Experience managing and updating WordPress website content. Experience creating presentations, social media visuals, and simple graphic materials using PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools. Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently. Comfortable communicating at all levels and finding information quickly. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving, and internationally distributed team. Fluent in English. Solid awareness of IT concepts such as AWS services, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, Kubernetes, FinOps, and site reliability principles. Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools would be an advantage. Familiarity with AWS Partner Network marketing programs would be an advantage. Experience with cloud community events would be an advantage.
