Lead scoring support: Maintain marketing-side scoring rules, audit contact behavior and outcomes, gather feedback, and recommend improvements in partnership with the Digital Marketing Manager and RevOps. Content publishing: Partner with the Growth Content Manager to format, publish, and package blogs, case studies, gated assets, videos, and resource pages in HubSpot. Site maintenance: Perform recurring audits for broken links, form errors, tracking gaps, stale content, accessibility concerns, and conversion blockers; resolve or escalate issues promptly. CRO and journey optimization Journey implementation: Translate visitor intent, traffic source, entry point, and behavioral signals into practical page, CTA, form, and nurture improvements. Testing: Set up and run structured A/B tests on landing pages, CTAs, forms, email elements, and key conversion paths according to the agreed test roadmap. Analysis and iteration: Monitor results, document learnings, recommend next actions, and implement approved winning variants. Always-on digital channel support Video and YouTube operations: Upload and place videos, manage metadata and destinations, apply tracking, and monitor performance. Campaign monitoring: Identify broken journeys, disapproved or misdirected assets, tracking issues, and underperforming conversion points; fix what is within scope and escalate material risks.
