About Us

We’re an award-winning creative innovation company with two decades of experience blending strategy, technology, and design. Our teams craft digital experiences that matter, driven by curiosity and a belief that everything is possible when we focus on what truly creates impact.

The Role

As our Senior Digital Product Designer, you’ll own the design process end-to-end, from discovery through delivery, creating useful, usable, and engaging digital products and websites for our clients. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams, make intentional design decisions grounded in user needs and business goals, and play an active role in client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Join client kick-off workshops to understand business goals, product context, technical constraints, and user needs.
  • Plan and run user research (interviews, surveys, competitive analysis) and turn findings into actionable insights, personas, and journey maps.
  • Define information architecture and user flows, and bring them to life through wireframes and interactive prototypes.
  • Design high-fidelity, accessible interfaces for web and mobile, aligned with each client’s brand.
  • Create, document, and maintain design systems and reusable component libraries.
  • Run usability tests and analyze usage metrics to keep improving the experience.
  • Prepare clear handoffs for development and support the team through implementation and design reviews.
  • Present progress and explain design decisions to clients, facilitating feedback sessions.
  • Contribute to pitches and new business proposals with concepts and visual explorations.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years working as a Product Designer in a highly digital environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing UX, UI, and design strategy.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish), written and spoken.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma.
  • Knowledge of UX research methods and usability testing.
  • Experience building and maintaining design systems.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Basic understanding of front-end (HTML, CSS) and its constraints.
  • Ability to interpret analytics tools such as Hotjar and Google Analytics.
  • Curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI tools for design.

Benefits & Perks

  • 100% remote work from anywhere in Argentina.
  • Half-day off on your birthday.
  • A creative, award-winning culture that values learning and innovation.
