Senior Digital & Technology Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Digital & Technology Project Manager to lead the delivery of IT, AI & Data Analytics, digital transformation and digital communication projects for EU Institutions, International Organisations and private-sector clients. You will bring together technology, digital and business teams to turn client needs into operational solutions delivered on time, within scope and budget, and at the agreed quality.

Key Responsibilities

Project delivery

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT, AI & Consulting and digital transformation projects, from planning to delivery and closure.

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in the agreed quality.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of software engineers, data and AI specialists, designers and digital marketing experts.

• Guide the design and implementation team so that the best possible user experience is achieved.

Client and business needs

• Identify client business needs and translate them into operational IT, AI and digital solutions.

• Define the digital strategic approach, key messages and goals so that communication and project objectives are met.

• Successfully manage relationships with clients and external partners.

Presales and growth

• Participate in presales activities and tender preparation, mainly for EU Institutions and International Organisations.

• Measure and report on the performance of projects and digital campaigns, analysing data and assessing results against goals (ROI and KPIs).

• Stay on top of the latest trends in digital technology and digital marketing, and bring new ideas to clients and to the team.

• Collaborate with the rest of the team and communicate ideas effectively to achieve common goals.

• University degree in IT, Science, Engineering, Business, or any other related field.

• At least 5+ years of hands-on professional experience in a similar position in IT, consulting, and/or digital projects.

• Knowledge and hands-on experience in digital transformation and new technologies, including IT-SW implementation and data analytics/AI projects.

• Good knowledge of digital technology and tools, including digital marketing, and the ability to measure and report results (ROI, KPIs).

• Strong organisational, time management and project management skills.

• Innovative and entrepreneurial character.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Greek, both written and verbal.
