We develop and manufacture personalised standard packaging as well as customised/bespoke packs, for prestige, masstige, and mass-market customers, with specialist divisions dedicated to skincare, make-up and fragrance sectors. The mission of this role Act as a bridge between business areas, IT and external partners, helping turn needs into concrete, executable solutions. Connecting business and technology having a real impact on key company processes. Key Responsibilities Understand business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements Act as a key liaison between business, IT and vendors Lead initiatives and projects involving ERP, CRM and corporate applications Coordinate technology partners, ensuring deliverables and quality Drive process improvements across sales, finance, operations and other areas Support users in the adoption of solutions Requirements Proven experience in roles such as IT Business Partner, Business Analyst or Functional consultant (SAP or or other ERP systems) Experience working in ERP environments; experience with CRM systems is an advantage Ability to work cross-functionally with business stakeholders Strong communication and influencing skills Autonomy and focus on results Experience in partner/vendor management and a solid understanding of end-to-end processes (O2C, P2P, etc.) is desirable Fluent Spanish and English (mandatory); French and Catalan are a plus We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, colour, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin or disability.
