Senior Director Account Management

As the Senior Director of Account Management, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales strategy and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients. Your primary focus will be on managing and growing our existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities. This is an individual contributor role with no people management responsibilities, based in the UK. We work in a hybrid model, with our team coming together twice a week at our centrally located London office. Cross-sell and upsell Icertis solutions to expand our footprint within client organizations. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and CxO-level executives. Handle customer escalations and provide timely, effective solutions. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute account plans. Stay updated on industry trends and client needs to identify new business opportunities. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the account management team. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Represent Icertis at industry events and conferences. Experience selling SaaS solutions with embedded agentic AI, articulating the value of autonomous AI agents that optimize workflows, enhance decision-making, and drive business efficiency. Experience in managing complex accounts and building strong client relationships. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Fluency in German and English is required. Willingness to travel as needed. A results-driven and customer-centric mindset.
