Senior Director Business Development

• This role supports the strategic direction and annual goals of the National Business Development team by leading the creation and advancement of the Ascension Business Development Plan. Working in close partnership with the Vice President of Business Development, you will act as a primary consultant to national and market teams to drive key growth channels and network development.
• Strategic Leadership: Lead stakeholder engagement across national and market cross-functional teams to execute the Ascension Business Development Plan.
• Consultative Growth: Provide expertise in hospital and ecosystem business development key growth channels and network development.
• New Channel Development: Support the creation of new growth channels and facilitate the development of strategic partnerships and relationships at scale.
• Analytic Intelligence: Drive business intelligence through the creation of analytic insights, comprehensive business cases, and executive-level strategic presentations.
• Leadership: Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing teams.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience
  required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's
  degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years
  being in leadership/management.

Additional Preferences:

• 5 or more years of experience within large hospitals and health systems, specifically in Strategy and/or Business Development
• Proficiency in analytical systems and insights-driven technology, including AI knowledge and relevant use cases
• Strong financial acumen, including working knowledge of channel analysis, KPIs and tracking performance and ROI
