This position will lead discussions on program adaptations, inform recommendations of program improvements, and develop innovative concepts to drive our success measures. The Senior Program Director will serve as the subject matter expert for program implementation. Assigned programs will require data informed adaptations, quality measure review, alignment with Program Strategic Framework, and impact dissemination. The Senior Program Director will work closely with field program staff to provide support and technical assistance to achieve programmatic and revenue goals. Serving as a two-way conduit between the field and National, this role bridges local implementation with national expertise. Success depends on the ability to lead as a national resource and to influence outcomes without direct authority, operating with the strength, clarity, and credibility to move field partners toward shared goals. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in the implementation of assigned programs. Subject Matter Experts are responsible for providing technical assistance, identifying emerging issues and solutions, and utilization of public health best practices. Guide field teams on where programs may be adapted to local context versus where model fidelity and standardization must be preserved, exercising clear decision rights over program adaptations Create and maintain strategic partnerships with community-based organizations to build enduring relationships at the local level Develop and analyze local needs assessment that identifies gaps and opportunities in the market with a focus on health equity, including social determinants of health, and kidney disease-related care quality, using both quantitative and qualitative data points to inform future program design and/or strategic market goals Responsible for the creation and maintenance of assigned program’s implementation guide, budget guidelines, and calendar Responsible for the management of an internal workgroup for each identified program Produce outcomes and impact reports and provide feedback to relevant leadership Collaborate across multiple departments at the HQ and local level to ensure programmatic success Develop and disseminate program communications, field-facing toolkits, and technical guidance; maintain a regular communication cadence that keeps field teams current on program updates, best practices, and available resources Serve as the program’s data steward in Salesforce, ensuring accurate and consistent data entry, alignment, and integrity across field offices, and translating program data into impact reporting that is disseminated to field and national stakeholders Lead and mobilize cross-functional program workgroups to drive execution and alignment across field and national partners, demonstrating influence without direct authority Identify non-industry revenue opportunities for program funding Support development teams in meeting participation and concept creation for programs assigned Perform additional duties, as required WHAT YOU’LL POSSESS Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university. Masters in health-related or social services field, preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in health-related program delivery, public health initiatives, or community engagement Experience building and maintaining partnership relationships, ideally in healthcare and/or public health Project management experience, including managing and developing project budgets, event logistics, establishing priorities, meeting deadlines, and functioning independently and as part of a team Volunteer management skills, ideally with healthcare or other professionals Superior interpersonal, communication, time management and organizational skills Flexible and adept at troubleshooting when things don’t go as planned Experience with data/basic statistical analysis required Comfortable learning and using multiple software platforms daily including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Zoom meeting/webinar, Salesforce, Smartsheet, Branding UI. Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce (or a comparable CRM/data platform) for program tracking, data management, and impact reporting is required Experience in grant proposal writing and securing funding opportunities through new grants, preferred Competencies: Accountability: Takes ownership of program outcomes and holds field and national partners mutually accountable to shared commitments, standards, and timelines.
