CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking an experienced and energetic senior-level client service professional to directly manage business relationships with key employee assistance program (EAP) and wellness clients. The Senior Director of Client Relationships - Team Lead is responsible for developing and implementing strategies related to retention and growth for our largest, most complex clients.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Oversee and Nurture Business Relationships with a Defined Book of Enterprise and Large-Market Employer Clients, Ensuring Their Needs are Met and Expectations Exceeded
  • Offer Strategic and Consultative Recommendations to Help Clients Maximize the Value of Their EAP and/or Wellness Programs, Tailored to Their Specific Needs
  • Collaborate with Client Plan Sponsors to Develop and Implement Client-Specific Engagement Strategies for EAP and/or Wellness Programs, Driving Client Satisfaction and Program Success
  • Continuously Evaluate and Refine All Aspects of Program Performance, Both Internally and Externally, to Ensure Optimal Outcomes and Client Satisfaction
  • Develop and Maintain a Comprehensive Understanding of CuraLinc's Product Suite Within the Healthcare Benefits Landscape, Ensuring Effective Integration and Utilization
  • Establish and Maintain Strong Relationships at All Levels Within the Client Organization, Fostering Trust and Collaboration
  • Represent CuraLinc Healthcare in Client Presentations, Both for Current and Prospective Clients, Showcasing the Value and Benefits of Our Services
  • Mentor and Develop Other Associates Working on Client Accounts, Providing Guidance and Support to Enhance Their Skills and Performance
  • Manage and Lead a Team of Client Relationship Managers (CRMs), Overseeing all People Management Responsibilities, Including Performance Evaluations, Professional Development, and Team Building
  • Assist CRMs in Managing Their Book of Business, Client Escalations, Providing Support and Guidance to Help Them Achieve Retention Goals and Deliver Exceptional Client Service
  • Collaborate with Channel Leadership to Support Retention and Revenue Goals, Ensuring Alignment with Organizational Objectives and Strategies
Required/Minimum Qualifications
  • Ten (10) or More Years of B2B Account Management/Client Services Experience in Health Care, Employee Benefits or Insurance (EAP, Wellness/Wellbeing, Clinic, TPA, Carrier, Broker, PBM, Medical Mgmt., Health Technology, etc.)
  • Proven Experience in Managing and Leading Teams, Including Performance Evaluations, Professional Development, and Team Building
  • Strong Leadership and Mentorship Abilities, with a Focus on Coaching and Developing Associates to Enhance Their Skills and Performance
  • Stable Employment History
  • BS/BA Degree
  • Proficiency within the Microsoft Office Suite

This is a full-time, salaried role, located in the continental United States and Hawaii, and includes a robust benefits package, with 100% company-paid single tier medical coverage insurance, PTO, 401(k) with match, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
