- Drive targeted action planning and process execution for opportunity areas and outlier support in direct partnership with operational and clinical leadership.
- Analyze and report on group and division clinical outcome trends to executive leadership, formulating sustainable interventions to drive top-tier clinical performance.

- Drive direct accountability across all APEX divisions for core safety responsibilities, including timely completion and oversight of Safety Snapshots.
- Provide executive-level, on-site leadership and support during critical safety incidents, Immediate Jeopardy (IJ) surveys, CMS validations, and CLUE surveys across APEX facilities.
- Partner with regulatory and survey readiness teams to establish proactive quality systems that sustain survey readiness across all operating centers.
Coaching, Talent Management & Clinical Leadership
- Provide strategic coaching, mentorship, and support to Directors of Clinical Services (DCS) and Managers of Clinical Services (MCS) across APEX divisions, addressing operational friction and leadership development needs.
- Lead regular talent reviews, succession planning, and intentional development pathways to foster top clinical and nursing talent within APEX.
- Engage directly with each Division Clinical Services team quarterly to evaluate culture, meet with division leadership, and support local DCS/MCS execution.
Driving Clinical Outlier Support
- Orchestrate and prioritize focused clinical interventions across the APEX divisions, supporting DVPs and DCSs in aligning clinical resources where they will have the highest patient impact.
- Partner with the APEX Business Strategy, Biomedical, and People Services teams to ensure holistic operational support for underperforming centers.
