Senior Director of Product

Easor · Finland, Sweden, Spain or Italy · Full-time

The company

Easor is a financial management platform that connects entrepreneurs and accounting firms. Over 15,000 businesses across Finland, Sweden, Spain, and Italy run their invoicing, payments, and accounting on our software. We listed on Nasdaq Helsinki in March 2026.

We are 145 people, 80 of whom work in product development in Finland, Spain and Italy. We are investing heavily in product management and transforming into a product-led operating model to match the ambitions of an independent product company. This role is central to that effort.

Easor makes accounting firms thrive with happy clients.

The role and the team

You will lead Easor's Product Management function — up to eight product managers in Finland, Sweden and Spain. They report to you, and they work embedded in stream-aligned product teams alongside a product designer and engineers. They own the outcomes of those teams. Their standards and their careers come from you, and the business results their teams deliver are yours to answer for.

You report to the CTO and sit in the product leadership team. Your peers are the Directors of Engineering and the Director of Product Design. You are also a member of Easor's extended executive management team, where product strategy meets the company's commercial and financial targets.

Your mandate is the business success of the product portfolio: which problems we solve, where we invest, how product decisions get made, and whether product work shows up in revenue, retention and margin across four countries and several sub-products.

Today the product managers sit inside country teams. From now on there is one function and one standard across all markets, in a product organisation formed around value streams rather than countries. Easor is in the middle of its next phase: a newly listed company, a platform migration in flight, and a product organisation being rebuilt. You will shape all three from the inside.

What you'll do

  • Own the portfolio's impact. You are accountable for how the product portfolio performs: revenue, retention, adoption and margin. You set the KPIs and forecasts, track them, and act when they move.

  • Set the direction. Define the portfolio-level strategy. Represent it to the executive team and the rest of the company. Be as clear about what we will not build as about what we will.

  • Make the investment case. Shape business cases for major product initiatives with go-to-market. Every significant bet comes with a forecast, and the forecast gets checked afterwards.

  • Start with the customer. Obsess about the customer and their problems. Lead by example in producing new insight into the jobs our customers are trying to get done.

  • Lead the product managers. Hire, develop, and manage performance. Address underperformance directly. Keep and grow the strong ones. Write and maintain the career ladder that performance management rests on.

  • Raise the bar on product management. Move the team from execution focus to outcome ownership. Run strategy and roadmap reviews so a common standard is set, and every PM can defend their choices with evidence.

  • Make product decisions objective. Evidence over opinion. Establish structured, data-driven customer and market feedback, and measure product impact against customer value and financial metrics.

Who we're looking for

  • Executive operator. You have been a member of an executive team, not just a presenter to one. You shape company-level priorities with your peers, trade off investment across functions, and own the consequences for the whole business, not only for product.

  • Impact-driven leader. You lead with the metrics that drive customer value, and you have a track record of moving them. You know how that value turns into revenue and retention. You assess every bet in terms of its return.

  • Builder of a product function. You have established and optimised a product management function: discovery, analytics, and PMs who can defend an investment case.

  • People-first manager. You hire well, develop individuals, and take 1:1s seriously. You adapt to the person in front of you and don't avoid hard conversations.

  • At home in international, regulated markets. You have internationalised a business in markets with high regulatory or compliance requirements, and you know what that does to a roadmap.

  • Platform thinker. You have turned a services-heavy product into a platform, consolidating bespoke, customer-specific work into something reusable that scales.

  • Technically fluent. You know modern SaaS platforms, APIs and AI-native ways of working, and you set that standard for the people you hire.

  • Clear writer. You think through writing — strategy narratives, business cases, decision records — and help others do the same.

Experience leading cross-functional, multi-cultural teams across offices and time zones is a plus, as Finland, Sweden and Spain need to work as one team. Fintech, accounting or partner ecosystem experience is an advantage.

English fluency required. Finnish, Swedish, Spanish or Italian is a plus.

What we offer

  • In this role you report directly to the CTO, sit in the extended executive management team, and have a high degree of independence in leading the product portfolio

  • Salary range: 8,000–9,000 € per month depending on experience and location

  • A newly listed company with a long tradition of issuing options every year

  • Comprehensive employee benefits, including extensive occupational healthcare as well as lunch, phone, and wellness benefits

  • Flexible location: Finland, Sweden, Spain or Italy

What we value

At Easor, work is built on trust. You are given responsibility and freedom, along with the expectation that you take initiative and move things forward independently. We support one another as a team and share knowledge in our daily work. We continuously develop the way we work together by experimenting, learning, and improving as we go. Decisions are made close to everyday operations, and things don't get left waiting.

Our work is guided by three core values:

  • Courage – we dare to try new things, challenge the status quo, and do things differently.

  • Drive – we move things forward with determination and take responsibility for results.

  • Care – we look after each other, our customers, and our partners.

We hope these are also reflected in the way you work.
