Act as the primary liaison between clinical users, market leaders, and tech developers/vendors to translate needs, streamline workflow efficiency, and optimize patient care. Leverage technology to develop centralized tracking systems and nationalized rosters for both employed and independent physicians across all facilities. Identify and resolve operational issues across sites to boost physician system utilization and drive patient satisfaction. Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure standardization, seamless communication, and the sharing of best practices nationwide. What minimum requirements you’ll need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management. What additional preferences we're seeking Minimum of 3-5 years in Medical Staff Service Leadership MD Staff Certified strongly preferred.
