Senior Director Product Management

Overview

The Senior Director Product Management is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of a Cotiviti’s Consumer Engagement product portfolio. This position leads and mentors product managers and analysts, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver innovative solutions that meet market demands and business objectives.

The Senior Director Product Management will ideally have experience with health care quality measurement and reporting (NCQA HEDIS, Star Ratings, etc.), Risk Adjustment, and closing gaps within these domains via member engagement. The successful Senior Director Product Management will be comfortable using AI to develop product features in an accelerated development model.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a product management team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product innovation and differentiation.
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development through launch and continuous improvements.
• Set and measure key product metrics to evaluate success and inform future decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Serve as the voice of the customer and industry thought leader.
• Influence executive leadership and present business cases.
• Manage product budgets and timelines.
• Identify and mitigate risks.
• Hire, develop, coach, lead and retain top-tier talent.
• Complete all responsibilities outlined in performance reviews and goals.
• Complete special projects and duties as assigned.
• Perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive product management experience, including 5+ years in leadership.
• Deep understanding of the Consumer Engagement market.
• Subject matter expertise related to closing quality measure and risk related gaps.
• Proven success launching software products.
• Experience building and mentoring high-performing product teams.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Strategic thinker with customer-focused mindset.
• Able to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Base compensation ranges from $191,000 to $230,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs. This role is eligible for discretionary bonus consideration.
