CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking an experienced and energetic senior-level client service professional to directly manage business relationships with key employee assistance program (EAP) partners . The Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships is responsible for developing and implementing strategies related to retention and growth.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage Business Relationships: Oversee and Nurture Business Relationships with a Defined Book of Partners, Ensuring their Needs are Met and Expectations Exceeded
  • Provide Consultative Recommendations: Offer Strategic and Consultative Recommendations to Help Partner Clients Maximize the Value of their EAP and/or Wellness Programs
  • Develop Client-Specific Engagement Strategies: Collaborate with Partner Clients to Develop and Implement Client-Specific Engagement Strategies for EAP and/or Wellness Programs, Driving Satisfaction and Program Success
  • Evaluate and Refine Program Performance: Continuously Evaluate and Refine All Aspects of Program Performance, Both Internally and Externally, to Ensure Optimal Outcomes and Partner Satisfaction
  • Understand Product Suite: Develop and Maintain a Comprehensive Understanding of CuraLinc's Product Suite within the Partner Ecosystem to Enable the Partner to Inform Potential Expansion of Services to Enable Partners to Differentiate in their Markets
  • Build Relationships: Establish and Maintain Strong Relationships at all Levels within the Partner Organization, Fostering Trust and Collaboration
  • Represent CuraLinc Healthcare: Represent Curalinc Healthcare in Partner and Partner Client Presentations, Both for Current and Prospective Clients, Showcasing the Value and Benefits of Our Services
  • Coach and Develop Associates: Mentor and Develop Other Associates Working on Client Accounts, Providing Guidance and Support to Enhance their Skills and Performance

  • Advanced Project Management: Proven Expertise in Managing Complex Projects, with Strong Organizational Skills to Ensure Timely and Successful Completion

Required/Minimum Qualifications
  • Ten (10) or More Years of Partnership Management Experience in Health Care, Employee Benefits or Insurance (EAP, Wellness/Wellbeing, Clinic, TPA, Carrier, Broker, PBM, Medical Mgmt. Technology, Etc.)
  • Stable Employment History
  • BS/BA Degree
  • Proficiency within the Microsoft Office Suite
This is a full-time, salaried role, located in the continental United States and Hawaii, and includes a robust benefits package, with 100% company-paid single tier medical coverage insurance, PTO, 401(k) with match, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
