(Senior) Documentation Project Manager (m/f/d)

As a Staff Project Manager in Documentation Services, you will oversee the full lifecycle of documentation and illustration projects—from intake and planning through execution, delivery, and continuous improvement—while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to align priorities, timelines, and resources with business goals. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Define and document project scope and requirements in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders Align documentation priorities with product roadmaps and organizational objectives Plan and allocate resources based on team capacity and project needs Establish clear timelines, milestones, and success criteria through structured project planning Lead project kickoff meetings to ensure clarity on scope, expectations, risks, and deliverables Manage end-to-end execution of documentation projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery Govern scope by managing change requests and maintaining alignment with agreed objectives Foster collaboration across teams to remove blockers and sustain project momentum Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders and leadership Identify and proactively mitigate risks, escalating when necessary to maintain delivery commitments Track and report key performance metrics, dashboards, and success indicators Close projects effectively, confirming stakeholder acceptance and documenting outcomes Facilitate retrospectives to gather feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement Promote and reinforce consistent processes to enhance efficiency and scalability Manage external vendor relationships as needed to support documentation deliverables Contribute to process improvement initiatives using data-driven insights and team feedback Who You Are: You build strong partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
