We are seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer to develop, customize, integrate, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
This is a hands-on role for an experienced developer who can work independently, understand business requirements, develop practical solutions, and support applications through development, deployment, and production. The ideal candidate is proactive, asks questions when requirements are unclear, understands the impact of requested changes, communicates effectively with stakeholders, and takes ownership of assigned work.

We are seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer to develop, customize, integrate, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.

Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Build and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Dataverse solutions, and related components.
- Develop custom functionality using Power Fx, JavaScript, C#, plugins, and/or PCF.
- Design and support integrations using APIs, Azure Logic Apps, custom connectors, and other Microsoft technologies.
- Support Azure DevOps/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, source control, solution management, and application lifecycle management.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, and production issues and identify root causes.
- Participate in requirements gathering and technical discussions with business and IT stakeholders.
- Ask clarifying questions and identify dependencies before implementing changes.
- Evaluate requested changes and communicate their potential impact on existing functionality, integrations, data, and timelines.
- Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer as needed.
- Monitor and respond regularly to email, Microsoft Teams, and other project communications.
- Manage multiple assignments and follow through on open issues, requests, and deliverables.
- Managing SDLC for a software application
- Daily task management in ADO
- Report on daily tasks, accomplishments, and blockers
- Communicate features, functions, and deliveries to clients and provide release documentation
Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform.
- Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Experience developing and customizing Dynamics 365 applications.
- Experience with JavaScript, C#, Power Fx, plugins, or similar development technologies.
- Experience with integrations, REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, or custom connectors.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, source control, or CI/CD.
- Experience developing and customizing Dynamics 365 applications with Integrations such as (Docusign, Adobe)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Managing SDLC for a software application
- Experience with ADO and or Jira or similar tool
- Experience with daily Agile Stand ups
- Experience in communication of features, functions, and deliveries to clients and release documentation
