Senior Dynamics Developer

Overview

GovCIO is looking for an experienced Senior CRM developer to support the continued enhancement and operations of a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and customer portal and to supercharge our systems with new technology and functionality. This position requires experience in an Agile Scrum environment with the ability to handle multiple items in a single sprint. This position is mostly remote, and will ccasionally require going onsite our Washington, DC client site.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the functional team and testing team, as well as other developers, as you implement required user stories, providing continued feedback on the quality of the acceptance criteria and testing.
• Mentor other developers and collaborate with other senior members of the team.
• Utilize AI features in Dynamics for Call Center and Customer Service, covering Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, DocIntelligence, and other modern tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's with 12+ years (or commensurate experience)

Required Skills and Experience

• 5 years of experience in Power Platform and Portals
• Experience to lead implementations of Call Center, IVR, and other modern functionality and modules within Dynamics. Copilot Studio, Chat, and Secure Messaging.
• Experience with Call Center, IVR is required.
• C#, .Net, Javascript, FetchXML experience
• Experience in Support SDLC documentation such as the Design Documents and Implementation Plans and deployments
• Attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Portals is needed.
• Provide support to Support Team for Operations/Production troubleshooting and problem solving
• Work in a collaborative, fast-paced Agile Scrum environment
• Clearance Required: Must be able to attain and maintain PBGC Public Trust

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience in PowerBI and fillable PDF reports, RDL reports
• GitHub, and deployment pipelines is a plus
• Certification in Azure Developer, Azure DevOps, Azure Architect, or similar

Posted Salary Range

USD $145,000.00 - USD $175,000.00 /Yr.
