Senior E-Commerce & Marketing Executive

12-month maternity cover | Full-time | Newbury | £36–42k

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on digital marketer to join the team behind Tick Tock and Dragonfly Tea on a 12-month maternity cover contract.

This is a rare opportunity to work across two distinctive, established tea brands within a small, independent business, in a varied role spanning ecommerce and consumer marketing.

The role has a strong focus on delivering and developing our digital activity across Shopify, Klaviyo, Amazon, SEO and retailer media.

Key responsibilities

• Managing our Shopify websites, including content, merchandising, optimisation and development
• Planning and delivering email marketing through Klaviyo
• Managing SEO activity with our agency partner
• Coordinating Amazon content, optimisation and advertising through specialist agencies
• Managing retailer and wholesaler digital media activity, including Citrus
• Planning and delivering consumer marketing campaigns and brand collaborations
• Briefing and managing creative and artwork development with designers
• Managing paid social and coordinating organic social activity
• Managing ecommerce fulfilment house liaison and stock levels

About you

We’re looking for someone who’s commercially minded, highly organised and comfortable combining hands-on delivery with managing agencies and external partners.

You’ll have:

• Strong hands-on experience with Shopify and Klaviyo
• A good understanding of ecommerce, SEO and digital marketing
• Experience in consumer marketing, ideally within FMCG
• Experience briefing and managing creative and artwork development
• Confidence managing agencies and external partners
• Good copywriting skills, particularly for email and digital content
• A genuine interest in food, drink and consumer brands

Salary: £36–42k, depending on experience

Contract: Full-time, 12-month maternity cover
