Senior E-Learning Designer (LMS & SCORM) (f/m/x)

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior E-Learning Designer to join our expanding network of learning professionals. In this remote role, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging digital learning solutions for enterprise clients, utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM format. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to transform complex information into effective learning experiences. Your tasks

• Design and develop engaging e-learning courses and learning journeys
• Translate business requirements and expert knowledge into effective learning experiences
• Create interactive training materials, assessments, case studies, simulations, and knowledge checks
• Design multimedia learning assets, including presentations, videos, animations, graphics, and downloadable resources
• Build and publish SCORM-compliant courses for LMS deployment
• Cooperate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather and structure content
• Ensure learning materials are user-friendly, visually attractive, and aligned with learning objectives
• Adapt and update existing learning content when necessary
• Conduct quality assurance and testing before course publication
• Support international and multilingual learning projects
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in creating e-learning solutions for corporate environments
• Proven experience designing and publishing SCORM-based courses
• Advanced knowledge of at least one authoring tool, such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, or Lectora
• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Experience working with LMS platforms and the ability to manage assigned deliverables independently
• Excellent communication skills and professional English proficiency
• Advanced level of Polish
• Residency in Poland
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience with Moodle, Cornerstone, CrossKnowledge, SuccessFactors Learning, or similar LMS platforms
• Knowledge of WCAG and accessibility standards
• Experience creating video-based and microlearning content
• Graphic design or multimedia production skills
