Senior Electrical Design Engineer with 7+ years of experience required to join one of the leading Multinational M&E Design Consultancies with offices across Europe. This role offers hybrid working and the opportunities to work on high-profile projects across sectors such as commercial, healthcare, education, historic, leisure, and residential.

Responsibilities

• As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer, you will lead building services design of diverse, high-profile projects across various sectors.
• Provide expertise in passive design, renewable energy, and sustainable technologies.
• Utilise industry-standard design tools, including IES, CAD, and Revit for project delivery and development.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to clients, teams, and stakeholders.
• Oversee project delivery to ensure high-quality, innovative outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with architects and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate designs and resolve complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• Chartered Engineer or working towards chartership is desirable.
• 7+ Years of Experience in electrical building services design across various sectors.
• Proficiency in software such as Dialux, Amtech / Electrical OM, Revit, and CAD.
• Broad industry experience and strong knowledge of building services systems.
• Interest and experience in sustainable design and renewable energy.
• Having achieved Senior Electrical Design Engineer in a consultancy.
