Senior Electrical Estimator

Location Requirements:
This is a remote-based position.
Must be located in: Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Tennessee
Candidates near Tampa should be open to occasional onsite client interaction
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll own the estimating process from start to finish across a wide range of projects ($100K–$10M+) including healthcare, education, commercial, multifamily, hospitality, and more.
Day-to-day, you’ll
:
Review plans, specs, and drawings to build accurate, competitive estimates
Prepare bids using Accubid or similar estimating tools
Analyze scope, pricing, and risk to ensure completeness and accuracy
Source and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
Develop clear, competitive bid packages with inclusions/exclusions
Partner with internal teams to finalize and deliver winning bids
Support project handoff by clearly communicating scope and expectations
Provide value engineering ideas to help maintain a competitive edge

Qualifications:
5+ years of electrical estimating experience
Experience with Accubid LiveCount
Strong understanding of electrical construction across project types
Ability to manage multiple bids in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Field experience is a plus
Compensation:
$125,000 – $150,000 base salary
