  • Contributing to the evaluation and implementation of file transfer mechanisms for firmware updates, including EtherCAT-based approaches
  • Developing transient fault recorder functionality to capture variables before, during, and after fault events, including trigger conditions and sampling strategies
  • Implementing time-aware logging for fault records, considering communication bandwidth and synchronization constraints
  • Developing real-time firmware in C or C++ for microcontrollers and digital signal processors used in power electronic equipment

  • Hands-on experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS)
  • Proficiency in implementing bootloader and firmware update mechanisms
  • Advanced level of Polish and English
  • Residency in Poland

Nice to have

  • Experience with EtherCAT protocols for firmware updates
  • Familiarity with debugging tools like JTAG/SWD debuggers and hardware-in-the-loop test systems
