How you’ll make a difference Lead the delivery and coordination of transport, highway infrastructure and civil projects including concept to detailed design and construction phase services. Oversee multidisciplinary coordination across civil, drainage, utilities, and transport engineering teams. Ensure project milestones, technical standards, and delivery timelines are achieved effectively. Provide technical leadership, stakeholder management, and guidance to project teams. Support strategic planning and delivery for cross business team needs including energy, water, defence and others. The qualities that help you thrive The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don’t tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role. Please apply, all applications will be considered. Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience in transport infrastructure, highways, civil, or utilities projects. Proven ability to lead technical delivery and manage complex, large-scale infrastructure projects, whilst adapting to the needs of clients and stakeholders. Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and leadership capabilities, with an adaptive and collaborative approach, effective communication, and strong problem-solving skills. Construction delivery knowledge and understanding. Knowledge of ITS design Advanced knowledge of engineering and design software such as AutoCAD, 12d, OpenRoads, or Civil 3D.
