Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver engineering projects from concept through design, execution, and handover Apply sound engineering judgement to complex technical, operational, and commercial challenges Collaborate with project managers, operations teams, contractors, and clients Ensure compliance with UK regulations, British Standards, and health & safety requirements Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, calculations, and documentation Drive continuous improvement initiatives across systems, processes, and performance Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to junior engineers and technicians Contribute to project planning, cost control, scheduling, and risk management Liaise with external stakeholders, suppliers, and regulatory bodies as required
