This role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact on how employees stay informed, connected and engaged across our flexible, modern workplace. As a Senior Enterprise Communications & Delivery Specialist, you'll develop compelling content, support enterprise communications planning, and help translate communication strategies into timely, high-quality deliverables across channels. We're looking for a self-starter with exceptional organizational skills who enjoys managing multiple priorities, bringing new ideas to the table, and contributing to both team and business objectives through audience-first communications. While the role is primarily focused on internal communications, you'll join a team responsible for integrated communications planning that supports both internal and external audiences.

• Support content updates and coordination across a variety of employee communications channels, including intranet, instant notifications, webinars, and more
• Partner with the director and manager to translate communications strategies and plans into clear, actionable deliverables, ensuring projects are executed accurately and on time; make recommendations for editorial lineup and sequencing
• Coordinate communications workflows and timelines using our team workflow system; identify and implement opportunities to automate and enhance communications processes, including responsible use of emerging technologies or agentic AI
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, providing responsive, high-quality support; embrace a commitment to a top-tier service experience when partnering with leaders and executives
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Penn Mutual's SharePoint-based intranet and Microsoft 365 communications ecosystem, helping improve how employees stay informed, connected and engaged
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, English or a related field, with 3-4 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, public relations, marketing communications or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills, with the ability to develop clear, engaging content and manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience managing content within an intranet, content management system (CMS), or digital communications platform.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365 tools and applications, and/or other digital workplace technologies.
• Experience creating simple AI agents.
• Experience coordinating projects, communications workflows, editorial calendars and timelines using a project management or team workflow system.
• Familiarity with webinar production and visual communications tools and design principles, including Canva and PowerPoint
Base Salary Range - $70,000 -$80,000
