Job Summary

We’re looking for a Senior ERP Data Analyst – Data Migration to lead the end-to-end migration of business-critical data into Epicor as Chromalloy deploys its global ERP platform. In this role, you will execute data conversion activities from source discovery and cleansing through reconciliation and go-live support, ensuring accurate, auditable, and reliable data migration across multiple sites.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Execute end-to-end data migration activities for Epicor deployments, including data profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, loading, validation, and reconciliation.
• Build and maintain reusable migration tools, templates, and automated validation processes to support global ERP deployments.
• Convert master data, including item masters, BOMs, routings, resources, suppliers, customers, pricing, and part revisions.
• Migrate transactional and financial data, including inventory, open orders, work-in-process, AR/AP balances, and general ledger opening balances.
• Conduct mock conversions, validation testing, defect analysis, and reconciliation activities to ensure data accuracy before go-live.
• Produce audit-ready migration documentation, reconciliation packages, load logs, and business acceptance evidence.
• Support cutover activities, including final data loads, load sequencing, legacy system freeze activities, and post-go-live hypercare.
• Partner with business stakeholders to drive data cleansing efforts and monitor readiness against migration milestones.
• Collaborate with Technical Operations to support environments, staging databases, data loads, and system performance requirements.
• Develop automated extract, transformation, loading, and validation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Contribute to post-go-live data governance activities, including data quality monitoring and stewardship processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting/Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of ERP implementation experience, including at least 3 years supporting data migration or conversion workstreams.
• Advanced SQL skills with hands-on experience in ETL processes, data warehousing, and data profiling.
• Experience participating in multiple full-cycle ERP implementations through go-live and stabilization.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and financial data structures, including inventory, BOMs, routings, WIP, and financial reconciliation.
• Experience supporting SOX/ITGC compliance requirements, audit documentation, and conversion evidence.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with business stakeholders to meet project timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20% and support critical cutover activities as needed.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on Epicor experience, including DMT, Kinetic REST APIs, BAQs, and Service Connect.
• Experience supporting aerospace, manufacturing, or other complex discrete manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of AS9100/AS9110 traceability and quality requirements.
• Experience consolidating multiple legacy systems into a single ERP platform.
• Multi-site, multi-company, and multi-currency migration experience.
• Experience with master data management and data governance frameworks.
• Python or PowerShell scripting experience for automation.
• Experience supporting cloud-hosted ERP environments.
• Proven ability to work independently in complex environments and drive process improvements through automation.

This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Additional work hours are assigned based on business requirements. Non-exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions.
