Senior ERP Implementation Consultant, Business Central

Overview Are You Ready for What’s Next, Now? We're looking for a Senior Software Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for a remote role based in the United States. This position is full-time and fully remote. You'll join a collaborative consulting team focused on helping customers maximize the value of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central investment, with a particular emphasis on Finance and Accounting operations. About the Role As a Senior Software Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, you will work directly with customers to implement, optimize, and support Business Central solutions. This role combines deep ERP expertise, business process consulting, and strong customer relationship management skills. You will partner with customers to analyze business requirements, troubleshoot complex system and process challenges, recommend best practices, and deliver solutions that drive operational efficiency and financial visibility. A significant focus will be on the Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Financial Reporting, and budgeting processes. Success in this role requires the ability to manage multiple customer engagements, communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and deliver results in a fast-paced consulting environment. Occasional travel to customer sites may be required. About You You bring extensive experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and have a strong understanding of finance and accounting processes within ERP environments. Ideally, you have worked with organizations in the Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Consumer Goods industries , where financial control, inventory visibility, and operational efficiency are critical. You enjoy collaborating with customers, solving complex business and system challenges, and helping organizations improve their processes through technology. You are organized, self-motivated, and capable of balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Strong communication skills, consulting experience, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions are essential. To Be Ahead of the Pack, You Might Have: 8+ years of experience implementing, supporting, or consulting on ERP solutions 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Microsoft Dynamics NAV) Deep expertise in Business Central Finance modules , including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Banking, and Financial Reporting Experience delivering ERP projects in the Food & Beverage industry or other process-driven manufacturing and distribution environments Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and month-end/year-end processes Experience leading workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and customer training Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Experience in a customer-facing consulting role Familiarity with integrations, reporting tools, and Business Central best practices What’s in it for you?
