Senior ERP Project Manager This role offers the opportunity to lead a portfolio of ERP enhancement initiatives. The role requires demonstrated stakeholder management capability and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams while maintaining governance, financial oversight, and delivery discipline for a major international manufacturing organization operating at enterprise scale. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple ERP projects. Develop and manage project plans, resources, and dependencies. Coordinate cross-functional teams, IT, and external vendors. Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and project governance. Lead stakeholder communication, requirements, and prioritization. Oversee change management, testing, UAT, deployment, and business readiness. Ensure compliance with project governance and audit requirements. Drive process improvements, standardization, and project financial management Requirements: 5–8+ years of IT Project Management experience (medium/large technology projects) Experience leading ERP enhancement & optimization projects Retail, distribution or manufacturing/coatings industry experience Strong project delivery skills: scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality & governance Stakeholder, vendor & cross-functional team management Experience in structured PMO environments Knowledge of inventory management & supply chain processes Waterfall, Agile or Hybrid methodologies PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification Availability from August Nice to have Experience with reporting & analytics, data integration and business process improvement Experience with project financial management and executive reporting Dutch language skills Contract Details: Freelance B2B contract until the end of 2026 (with the possibility of extension) Rate up to 48 $ per hour Department PM Role Project Manager Locations Poland (PL) Remote status Fully Remote Hourly salary $35 - $48 Employment type Contract Experience Senior Area Chemicals About Spyrosoft Spyrosoft is an authentic, cutting-edge software engineering company, established in 2016.
